With building systems becoming more complex, the opportunity to SAVE MORE COSTS on utility bills has increased. Systems that are not controlled properly waste energy without the owner or tenant being aware that additional utility costs are being accumulated. Proper equipment maintenance also has an impact on energy consumption.

Tidewater Air Balance has the capability of reviewing existing facility energy usage, maintenance program and the associated systems equipment.
After site visits to the building are conducted, an Energy Audit Report is provided to the client with:

• Current energy consumption, with an expected energy consumption comparison for similar facilities
• Energy saving recommendations with associated payback costs/economics
• Existing equipment maintenance overview with recommendations
