Tidewater Air Balance, Inc. is an independent technical Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems Commissioning Services Firm that is certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).

Commissioning is the complex process of independently verifying that the all individual building systems are operating correctly and are properly integrated with each other to provide the best overall functioning facility. Both new and existing buildings can be commissioned.

Our Commissioning Team has 30 years HVAC and Plumbing experience in the United States, Japan and Europe; and we’re willing to travel to commissioning projects both inside and outside the Continental United States (CONUS & OCONUS).
