PRE-DESIGN & INVESTIGATION SERVICES

During the early stages of developing a scope for work for a renovation or new Tenant Build-Out project, Facilities Owners and Designers usually require an existing “Snap Shot” of how the existing HVAC Equipment including Rooftop Units, Fans and Pumps are performing.  Tidewater Air Balance, usually under direction of the Design Engineer, will measure the current air and hydronic water capacities of existing HVAC equipment and then provide a report to be used during the project’s design phase.
